This 4-week go at your own pace course will focus on breaking down the common poses of the beginners vinyassa practice, simple breath control techniques and explain the 8-limb yogic path to a more peaceful and enlightened lifestyle. Modifications will be offered throughout the course so that each pose suits your unique body giving you room to improve and grow in time. You will learn the sun salutations which most vinyassa classes incorporate, standing poses, back bending poses, spinal twisting postures and more. By the end of the course with consistent daily practice, you will be able to practice a flow by yourself using the instructional videos given, know the basics of the path to enlightenment and be more knowledgeable and comfortable enough to join a group class.
